1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are available for all packages and other paid services if requested within 14 days of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have experienced a technical issue or service that was not delivered as described.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Payments made for basic listing services, one-time promotional services, or advertisements are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will not be provided if the request is made after the service period has expired or if the listing was fully delivered.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at schoollist@cornkamwipt.com with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
  • We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days of receiving the request.

4. Partial Refunds

  • In cases where the service has been partially used, we may offer a prorated refund based on the remaining service period.
  • If the listing was live for more than 50% of the duration, a partial refund may not be issued.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

  • Schoolist reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and we will update the “Effective Date” accordingly.
  • Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
